True Blood Sims

Second, I was wondering if you follow the tv show ‘storyline’ or the book storyline.

Well thanks! I don’t follow either storyline, per se. Bill and Sookie joined the game after I watched Season 1 in a 4 day marathon. Bill was my fave character, so he and Sookie were a happy little sim couple. I loved Sam too, so he got some fun time of his own with Sookie. Eric was a dull guy with icky hair, so he was not invited to play.

Then Eric got better in Season 2 and earned a spot in the game. It was love at first sight for Sookie. Like, literally. She walked into a bowling alley, saw Eric, and hearts fluttered over her head. I didn’t plan that. Hadn’t even read the books yet.

Godric joined Eric after his sad exit on the show. I couldn’t let him be dead, so into the game he went. Eric turned Godric into a vampire (well Eric was there first!) and, uh, somehow they become lovers. I hadn’t really planned that either.

Bill proposed to Sookie after the Season 2 finale and they promptly got married. Soon after that Sookie had Bill’s twins. Then she had Sam’s baby.

Then Godric had Eric’s baby. Probably not gonna see that in the books or the show.

I read the books during that dreadfully long hiatus between Seasons 2 and 3. That’s when Eric got his “Louisiana Tech” sweatshirt and whisked Sookie away to a cabin in the woods for some alone time. She had Eric’s baby soon after coming back home to Bill.

So, uh, yeah. Sookie is three-timing Bill with Eric and Sam. Eric is two-timing Godric with Sookie and lusting after pretty much everyone he meets, male or female. The kids are all grown now. Sookie and Bill are still married. Sim Bill is not guilty of TV Bill or Book Bill’s crimes. Sim Bill is a sweetheart. Except for when he and Eric are trying to kill each other.

That’s the basic “storyline” so far.

Addendum: A few things have changed since this backstory was first written up. Eric and Godric are no longer romantically involved. Pam has joined their family as Eric’s progeny. All three live together platonically, along with Eric and Sookie’s second child who went to live with dad after she flunked out of school on mom’s watch. Bill is a maker now. Jessica lives with him and Sookie. She’s romantically involved with Jason, but recently met Eric and Godric’s grown son. Hearts fluttered. We’ll see how that goes.
